Ellen Carter, NREMT-I, has been actively involved with EMS for six
years. Organized and hard working, Ms. Carter rose swiftly through the
ranks and is now Peterborough Fire and Rescue Department's Deputy
Chief of EMS, running a busy rural Ambulance service that handles just
under 1,000 calls a year. In addition to her impressive EMS resume,
Ms. Carter has a degree in Education and is active in regional EMS,
sitting on several committees.
