Kristine Hall, NREMT-I, is the Office Manager and one of the instructors for the Academy. In addition to her six years of involvement with EMS, Ms. Hall brings her extensive Human Services background to the school, particularly her professional work experience with the elderly population. A Lieutenant with the Greenfield Fire and Rescue Department, Ms. Hall is well respected by her peers not only as an excellent pre-hospital provider but also for her compassionate stretcher-side manner and interaction with patients.
